1. Introduce yourself? My name is Rana Abu Zeid, a forward-thinking leader renowned for my ability to bring out the best in individuals through mentorship. Iam the founder and managing partner of Investment World for Development and Technology, where I excelled in implementing and managing complex projects, including those involving big data an d link analysis. My expertise extends to managing various banking industry initiatives, such as treasury, trade finance, and reconciliation projects. In addition to my professional achievements, I co-established four academies as Build-Operate- Transfer (BOT) initiatives in Jordan: Balqa Electronic Academy, SAP Academy, Laval Academy, and the National Employment and Training Academy. I am also a dedicated board member of the Jordan National Sector Skills Council and Laval Academy, contributing to the development of educational and professional sectors in the country. |

I always pushed myself to take the toughest courses and sought extra work that would better prepare me for the challenges of my career. 5. Discuss what fascinated you about your chosen course of study? As a member of the first graduating class in Computer Science at UJ, I had a unique advantage. Our small class size gave us early exposure to the emerging job market, and our skills were in high demand. This opened numerous doors for me, setting the foundation for my professional journey." |
