2-Share your fondest memory from your time at Jordan University

One of my fondest memories is that i was able to build long term friendships and relations with people from different universities in which they helped in expanding my network and most of them are CEOs now.

3-In one word, how would you describe Jordan University?

I would describe the University of Jordan as Diverse because of its well-known high reputation around the world and specifically the middle east, students around the world aim for this university to finish their studies and this helps students to be exposed to cultures from around the world and even locally it is the university that all Jordanians strive to study at.

4-Explain how your experiences at UJ shaped you

My experiences at UJ significantly shaped me by instilling greater discipline and providing valuable exposure. Additionally, the opportunity that I gained during my MBA program provided invaluable international exposure, broadening my horizons and enriching my educational experience.

5-Discuss what fascinated you about your chosen course of study.

Since I have a deep passion for math and physics and Civil engineering perfectly combine these interests, allowing me to apply theoretical concepts to real-world problems. The idea of designing and constructing infrastructure that improves people's lives was incredibly motivating and fulfilling for me

6- Offer advice to graduating students preparing to enter the workforce.

My advice to graduating students preparing to enter the workforce is to focus on acquiring additional skills beyond their formal education. It's essential to develop soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, which are highly valued by employers. Additionally, if possible, try to gain work experience, even if it's unpaid. This can provide practical insights, enhance your resume, and help you build a professional network

7-Reflect on what you wish you had known during your time as a student

During my time as a student, I didn't engage in any work or part-time jobs. Looking back, I realize that this was a missed opportunity to gain practical experience and develop professional skills alongside my academic studies. Balancing work and studies could have provided me with a better understanding of the real-world applications of my coursework and helped me build a stronger resume.

8-Identify the person who has had the greatest impact on your career

During my bachelor's degree, I was greatly influenced by Dr. Bassam Al Talhouni, whom I personally consider a genius in construction management he was also the supervisor of my graduation project. While pursuing my MBA, Professor J.Boner Ritchie , an expert in organizational culture, had a significant impact on me. Career-wise it would be my first manager, Waleed Hijazi, who taught me invaluable lessons in wisdom and ethics
