About Alumni1. Introduce yourself? I'm Mustafa Dabaibeh, a graduate of Jordan University with a Computer Information System BSc in (2023), with a high passion for innovation and software development and practical experience in corporate and startup industries. I spent my years at Jordan University volunteering and leading student societies, which allowed me to have the honor of working with amazing talents and individuals from all different fields with different backgrounds, giving me a real insight into the real world. I founded Dimensions while I was still a student at the university, and now Dimensions is a tech production company that provides software services and products for local and international businesses and governmental and non-governmental institutions, such as web production, virtual worlds, video games, hardware, and mobile applications. | 2. Share your fondest memory from your time at Jordan University? The rainy days at the doors of the faculty waiting for the final exam and the events we held where we met the wildest range of strangers gathered together to learn and grow. | 3. In one word, how would you describe Jordan University? Vivacious | 4. Explain how your experiences at UJ shaped you? Through my experiences as a passionate explorer and outgoing person, I had the pleasure of learning from the university's staff, my colleagues, and all the people I met on the way to help me build my skills in communication, leadership, and passion for learning. | 5. Discuss what fascinated you about your chosen course of study? My young passion for tech, innovation, and video games. | 6. Offer advice to graduating students preparing to enter the workforce? Start early. Explore more. Be adventurous. Life is about the small things, the small steps, the precious details within the moments we go through, so make sure to live each one fully and enjoy learning as much as you can. | 7. Reflect on what you wish you had known during your time as a student? That life was not as complicated as I thought; the world will not fall on you at once when you step out of the university on your last day. I wish I knew that the world is a big, wide space that waits for me to enter and explore at my own pace, at my own time. | 8. Identify the person who has had the greatest impact on your career? My two mentors: - Professor Ammar Hunaitie (May God have mercy on him): He was the most supportive, inspiring, and great example that I will look up to for the rest of my life; he always motivated me to try and make mistakes, and I am forever grateful for him.
- Professor Reem Al-Fayez: one of the most amazing people that I had the honor of sharing memories, events, and learning moments with. I am very grateful for all of her support for me personally, in my educational journey, and my real inspiration for diving into the journey of entrepreneurship.
