2. Share your fondest memory from your time at Jordan University? My years at the University of Jordan left an enduring mark on my personal and professional journey. Among my fondest memories are the student trips with colleagues across the beautiful landscapes of Jordan, as well as my passion for literature and poetry. During that time, I organized poetry readings at Al-Farahidi Auditorium as part of the Literary Appreciation Committee's activities. |
3. In one word, how would you describe Jordan University? For me, the University of Jordan will always remain the “mother university"—both a university and the mother of all universities. |
4. Explain how your experiences at UJ shaped you? University life played a pivotal role in shaping my personality and refining my social skills. The friendships I built across different faculties laid the foundation for the way I later engaged with society, where I continue to view myself not only as a physician, but also as a brother and friend to my patients and their families. Moreover, the intensive academic training established a strong professional base, making my subsequent specialization journey smoother and more successful. |
5. Discuss what fascinated you about your chosen course of study? Specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, and later in infertility and IVF, has been deeply fulfilling. It allows me to contribute to realizing the dreams of parenthood, while also connecting me closely with people's personal and social lives. |
6. Offer advice to graduating students preparing to enter the workforce? My advice is simple yet timeless: work with excellence and sincerity, always prioritizing the well-being of patients. Success will naturally follow. At the same time, do not neglect joy in the process of striving for achievement, for the journey itself carries a joy equal to that of success. |
7. Reflect on what you wish you had known during your time as a student? One of the most important lessons I have learned since my student days is the effective management of time and resources—skills I now value greatly and wish I had mastered earlier. |
8. Identify the person who has had the greatest impact on your career? Many people have shaped my professional journey. However, my success has been primarily driven by perseverance, dedication, and hard work, supported profoundly by the encouragement of my parents, my wife, and my extended family.
