Architectural engineer working in the private sector and currently serving as President of the Engineers Association, I believe that my responsibility extends beyond engineering projects. I am deeply committed to professional union work aimed at advancing the engineering profession, and I actively engage in public affairs to be a constructive participant in developmental, social, and economic dialogues that seek to build a better future for Jordan.

2. Share your fondest memory from your time at Jordan University? My fondest memory at the University of Jordan was the defense of my graduation project (Bachelor's project) in 1990, where I received a high grade. The moments of presenting and discussing my work before the examining professors were among the most rewarding experiences of my university journey, as they marked the culmination of my efforts and the attainment of my bachelor's degree at that stage. The defense of my master's thesis later added to those cherished memories, together forming significant and foundational milestones in my academic and personal journey.

3. In one word, how would you describe Jordan University? One word is not enough to describe the University of Jordan; it is an essential part of shaping the character of everyone who studied there, and we owe it a great debt of gratitude. |

Explain how your experiences at UJ shaped you؟ The time I spent at university greatly helped me develop my personal skills and broadened my understanding of the diverse ideas and perspectives among students. It played a fundamental role in shaping my awareness of political and social trends within society. That university period represented a unique opportunity to explore the rich mosaic of Jordanian society, allowing me to meet a large number of students from various regions and cultural backgrounds. My university journey was a continuous learning experience, not limited to academic achievement alone, but extending to building a broader vision of myself and my surroundings. |

Discuss what fascinated you about your chosen course of study؟ I loved studying architectural engineering because it is a comprehensive discipline that encompasses many sciences and areas of knowledge. It is not limited to construction and building alone; rather, it serves as a bridge connecting human, cultural, social, and economic dimensions. It provides holistic knowledge that transforms cultural and societal components into tangible realities through the language of science and creativity. |
6. Offer advice to graduating students preparing to enter the workforce؟ My advice is to commit to lifelong learning, as an academic degree is only one stage in life's long journey. Continuous learning and knowledge remain essential pillars for personal development and skill enhancement, achieved through diligent research and productive reading, which expand horizons and nourish the mind.

7. Reflect on what you wish you had known during your time as a student? One of the most valuable lessons I learned during my studies is that life is a series of stages, each with its own circumstances, challenges, and unique beauty. Every stage has its own flavor and color, and each leaves its distinctive imprint on us.

8. Identify the person who has had the greatest impact on your career?
My father Engineer Asim Ghosheh, had the greatest impact on my career. He guided me and provided me with wise advice at critical junctures in my life.
