He served as the President of Al-Quds Open University in Palestine, also holding the position of Vice President for Academic Affairs. Additionally, he was the Dean of Graduate Studies and Research. Currently, he holds the presidency of the Palestinian-European Cooperation Program for Higher Education, encompassing 54 European universities and all Palestinian universities.
