Ph.D. in Engineering (since 1991) from the University of Nebraska, USA; Major in Civil Engineering, Minor in Mathematical Statistics
Master's Degree in Engineering (since 1989) from the University of Nebraska, USA; Major in Civil Engineering, Minor in Mathematical Statistics
Certifications:
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering (S.E.) from the USA (since 1992)
Certified Actuary and Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in the field of the sustainability of pension and social security systems, insurance company reserves, and their investment funds
Professional Roles:
Actuarial Advisor at the Social Security Corporation until the Cabinet decision to appoint him as the Director General of the Corporation
Assistant Director General of the Social Security Corporation for Studies and Information Technology, Director of the Actuarial Studies Center, and the responsible actuary for the financial sustainability of the Corporation
Experience:
Over 28 years of experience in actuarial, financial, and investment fields, infrastructure projects, and economic feasibility studies for development projects in various local and international institutions and programs, including the Social Security Corporation, University of Jordan, USAID, GIZ, World Bank, International Labour Organization, US Department of Transportation, and many international companies operating in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries
