He graduated from the University of Jordan, Faculty of Sharia, specializing in jurisprudence and legislation in 1987.
The Royal Decree was issued appointing him as a judge in the Sharia courts in 1991, and he worked in several Sharia courts and held various judicial and administrative positions. He served as a Sharia judge in several Sharia courts in different regions of the Kingdom, as well as the Chief Justice of the Amman Sharia Court, the Chief Justice of the Ma'an Court of Appeals, the Chief Justice of the Amman Court of Appeals, Director of Judicial Inspection, Director of Sharia Courts, and Chairman of the Boards of Directors of the Orphans' Fund Development Foundation, the Sharia Judicial Institute, and the Alimony Loan Fund.
Among his achievements are the development of several legislations related to judicial work, such as the Law of Sharia Court Procedures, the Law of Sharia Court Formation, the Diya Law, and the Solidarity Fund System. These legislations were responsive to the developments and requirements of the work. Additionally, his department directly contributed to addressing contentious points in the Child Law, in addition to many other national legislations.
Hundreds of training programs were conducted for Sharia judges and judicial officers, and Sharia Justice Palaces were established and monitored in Aqaba, Karak, and Irbid. A full transition to electronic services was completed in 2023 in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, along with the archiving of all unarchived documents by 2023, all of which are currently in progress.
