She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan, a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Bristol in England, a Master’s degree in Fine Arts (Postgraduate Studies) from the University of York in England, and a PhD in Law from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. She worked as a lecturer at Stanford Law School in Stanford, USA, and was employed at the World Bank in the Middle East and North Africa Department. She is currently a lecturer at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., USA.
