- UNICEF Program Director in Jordan.
- The first female Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Jordan since the establishment of medical schools in Jordan in 1970.
- Worked as Program Manager at UNICEF Jordan.
- Worked as Director of the Comprehensive Primary Health Care Center.
- Established and managed a non-profit organization (Social Initiative) for family health research (Family Health Group).
