  • Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Jordan.
  • Secretary-General of the National Council for Family Affairs.
  • Secretary-General of the Higher Population Council.
  • Advisor to Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah.
  • UNICEF Program Director in Jordan.
  • The first female Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Jordan since the establishment of medical schools in Jordan in 1970.
  • Worked as Program Manager at UNICEF Jordan.
  • Worked as Director of the Comprehensive Primary Health Care Center.
  • Established and managed a non-profit organization (Social Initiative) for family health research (Family Health Group).
  • Founded and chaired a non-profit civil society organization (Health and Development Alliance).
  • Founder and former Board Member of the Jordanian Health Institutions Accreditation Council, established in 2007.
  • Member of the 28th Senate.

  • Recipient of several regional and international awards for applied scientific research in public health, focusing on health systems policies and quality of care.
