She holds a Master's degree in Total Quality Management from the University of Jordan (2008) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology (2005). She is the founder and CEO of the Abjjad website and a co-founder of the non-profit initiative Sowya in Jordan. She won first place in the Arab Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence Challenge and the Best Intellectual Work Award for Serving the Arabic Language for the Abjjad application.
