She holds a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology from the University of Jordan and a Master's degree in Cultural Tourism from a university in London.
She has worked on several archaeological excavations and was appointed by the Tourism Development Authority as a specialist in cultural tourism. She also taught at the Tourism Department in the Amman College for Applied Sciences and later appointed as the Director General of the Jordan Museum.
She is the founder of the Jordan Center for Arts and Crafts, President of the Jordanian Association of Friends of Antiquities and Heritage since 2011, and a member of several associations.
